spaghetti aglio e olio - My Dear friend once told me how to make them and since then it is one of my favorite meals!
You need: spaghetti, garlic, fresh red chili peppers or/rc peppers spice, olive oil, parmesan.
- sliced peppers, but don’t forget remove the seeds and wash them carefully.
- sliced garlic
Make your spaghetti al dente, in the mean time slightly fry first peppers then add garlic with olive oil on pan. The peppers should go first because they are very spicy and they’ll loose on intensity a bit, in case of spice you may add together with garlic. When spaghetti are ready put them on the pan together with the rest and slightly fry for 2 minutes. Then add parmesan. It taste great with glass of milk. Simple and delicious.

Just please wash your hands thoroughly and even than don’t put them near your eyes (in case you were cutting fresh red chilly peppers). I once forget about it and washed my face 2 hours after the meal and it was so painful to the eyes, I do not wish it to anyone :-)
