About Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing system.
In 1922 Reiki were rediscovered by a japanese teacher Mikao Usui, who spread the art of reiki among many people, carrying on the tradition.
Reiki is based on receiving and producing energy from surrounding space.
The person channeling Ki energy to another becomes a catalyst for the energy by placing of hands on energy centers also known as Chakras. Both the healer and the recipient are healed by the energy that flows between them and the space around them.
The Ki energy helps with mental and physical stability and has the ability to cure diseases, aid in resolving mental blocks, from childhood, past life or otherwise.
If you are already in good health, reiki may serve as a meditation tool and bring happiness to your heart.
Everyone can learn how to channel reiki to help yourself as well as others.
Reiki masters initiate students into three separate reiki stages.
First stage
In the first stage of reiki, energy points in your body are harmonized which helps heal the blocks preventing your from connection with space energy.
After you were initiated to the first degree of reiki you’ll be able to heal with your hands and harmonize body and mind.
Second Stage
In this stage your reiki master will harmonize more of your Chakras and give you three reiki symbols. Your reiki energy will become stronger. Using the symbols will enhance your reiki. You’ll also be able to transfer energy over great distance.
Third stage
Your energy center will be fully harmonized at all levels. You will receive a fourth symbol pertaining to the spiritual world.
This stage is only for those of you who are sure reiki is your path. If you want to continue to heal with reiki and become a reiki master, you receive a fifth symbol used only for initiation.
I should say Reiki is NOT a replacement for medical attention, but is a great supplement to the whole process of healing. It can also help reduce pain and enhance the effect of the medicine.
Reiki Therapy
What a therapy looks like.
Similarily to a massage, you lie on the same type of table and I or another healer put our hands to your energy centers, called charkas, from both sides of your body. The main chakras are placed in the middle of your body on the same line. One therapy usually lasts about one hour, but might be longer or shorter, depending on your psychical and mental stability.
In my own experience, the more therapy you’ve had, the shorter the time needed.
After therapy you need to drink lots of water and rest and consume no alcohol.
While in therapy, your body is meditating and your brain and whole body are resting.
People feel better immediately after the first therapy. It works like detoxication for your body which need to get rid of negative feelings and stress and all the stuff we have to deal with everyday at work or elsewhere.
Reiki will help you feel better, look better and be happier and calmer and more balanced every day of your life.
What are Chakras
Chakras are energy centers in your body that help maintain stable function every day. Each person has seven main chakras and each of them is connected to your psychical and mental body. Every chakra has its own energy; all of them are connected as well as to other, smallest chakras, in our bodies. Every chakra has its own color, which is determined by an aura and it accomplish a special function in body. All chakras help us to activate a psychical, mental and spiritual-energy potential we need for inner growth.
